State-owned Shanxi Forging Factory (5439 Factory) under the CITIC Group, is a professional forging factory in a large scale.
Forging equipment of our factory forms a series, mainly including: 1T, 2T, 3T, 5T, 10T and 16T die forging electro-hydraulic hammers and 1T, 2T, 3T and 5T free forging electro-hydraulic hammers, 315T and 900T flat forging machines, 4000T hot die forging press production line, 8 high-speed band sawing machines. The annual forging capacity is 50,000 tons. The factory has rich design and manufacturing experience and capacity of forging dies, can undertake the design and manufacturing processing of large and complex die forgings and dies, and can undertake machining of all kinds of forging blanks. The main products mainly produced by the factory for customers at home and abroad currently include:
Automotive products: mainly manufacturing products for China Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd., FAW, Dongfeng Trucks, Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., JAC, FOTON, Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd., DAYUNAUTO, SANY, XCMG, YUTONG, KING LONG, YOUNG MAN, BYD and other well-known domestic enterprises. The products cover 4.5 tons, 5.5 tons, 6.5 tons, 7.5 tons, 9 tons, 9.5 tons, etc. of front axle and supporting forging parts.
Products for coal machinery: mainly producing 630 series, 730 series, 764 series, 800 (880) series, 900 series, 1000 series, 1200 series, 1250 series, 1350 series, 1500 series and other scrapers, and reloader scrapers, beams, bolts, sprockets and other forgings. Main supporting manufacturers of products include ChinaCoal Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Northwest Tiandi Benniu, KOMATSU and other well-known coal machinery equipment manufacturers. Products are not only sold to Shenhua Group, ChinaCoal Energy, Shaanxi Coal Group, Shanxi Coking Coal, Datong Coal Mine Group Co., Ltd. and other coal producers in China, but also exported to Russia, the United States, Australia, Vietnam and other countries.
Foreign trade products: The main products are 1-4 inch valve body and manifold joints, which are used in oil drilling and production equipment, wellhead equipment, high pressure manifold, petrochemical valves, power station valves, fracturing equipment, etc., and are exported to the United States, Spain, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore and other countries and regions.
